Sexual Harassment Policy
Summit is committed to providing all employees, vendors, contractors and other third parties doing business with Summit with a work environment free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Sexual harassment may include any unwelcome sexual advance or request for sexual favors or other conduct of a sexual nature when submission to the conduct is an explicit or implicit condition of employment, submission to or rejection of the conduct is used as the basis for an employment decision or such conduct has the effect of interfering with an individual’s work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment.

All complaints of sexual harassment will be investigated as confidentially as possible, except to the extent that disclosure may be necessary for the purpose of investigating or taking appropriate action.
