Policy
Summit is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated
with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in a
professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and
prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment.
Summit prohibits the
harassment of its employees as well as any vendors, contractors and/or other
third parties doing business with Summit based on race, color, religion,
gender, gender identity, age, national origin or ancestry, citizenship,
disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, childbirth or
related medical conditions, medical condition, veteran status, membership in
the uniformed services, genetic information, or any other basis protected by
federal, state or local law or ordinance or regulation. The harassment may come
from Summit employees or other third parties (including customers). Summit also
prohibits unlawful harassment based on the perception that anyone has any of
those characteristics, or is associated with a person who has or is perceived
as having any of those characteristics. Summit also specifically prohibits
Sexual Harassment.

Sexual
Harassment Policy
Summit is committed to providing all employees, vendors, contractors and other
third parties doing business with Summit with a work environment free from
sexual harassment. Sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual, is
unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Sexual harassment may include any
unwelcome sexual advance or request for sexual favors or other conduct of a
sexual nature when submission to the conduct is an explicit or implicit
condition of employment, submission to or rejection of the conduct is used as
the basis for an employment decision or such conduct has the effect of
interfering with an individual’s work performance or creates an intimidating,
hostile or offensive working environment.
All complaints of sexual
harassment will be investigated as confidentially as possible, except to the
extent that disclosure may be necessary for the purpose of investigating or
taking appropriate action.
Summit also prohibits
